Employee Conduct and Performance deals with:

the employer’s right to honest and fair service from its employees; and

the employer’s right to manage its employees’ performance.
Employers are entitled to enforce their rights concerning breaches of company policies and procedures; employee dishonesty; illegal or criminal conduct; or poor performance. In relation to employee performance, issues such as performance appraisal, promotion, demotion, and employee personal grievances are covered.
